Contact us via email, website or phone and let us know what you would like to rent and when you need it. Once rental has been confirmed, we will send you a Rental Agreement via email to sign. Because our items are one of a kind, full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve for your date. 


Absolutely! Please call or email to make an appointment and we will do our best to accommodate.


Our warehouse is located just outside of Armstrong. We are open by appointment only.


Because each of our pieces are one of a kind and some of them are in high demand, we suggest booking a year in advance. Having said that, some of our pieces can be booked out the same weekend and even the same day, so just ask and we will see what we can do. If something you want is already booked, we will do our best to find a solution or similar piece. 

Ideally 24 hours advance notice is preferred for all reservations, however, we know that plans change so give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate any last minute bookings. 


Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve for your date. Rentals are reserved once payment is received, the Rental Agreement is signed and we have your valid credit card on file for the damage deposit.


Yes! We rent all over the Okanagan and beyond. Just keep in mind that, depending on the rental items and your location, delivery may not be available. Contact us and we can discuss your options. 


Yes, we deliver. Delivery is dependent on location and the items rented. Please contact us for a delivery quote. Our delivery quote covers expenses for mileage, travel time, and loading and unloading.


Absolutely! You can pick up most items from our warehouse. 


Most rental items must be picked up in an enclosed vehicle or trailer. Note that many of our items are large and will therefore require an oversized truck, van or trailer for transport. Large rental items must be strapped down with ratchet straps to prevent them from damage during transit.


Rental items can be arranged for picked up after 12:00 noon on your rental day. Rental is for a 24 hour period from 12:00pm (noon) - 12:00pm (noon) the next day. 

We understand the event world and we know that this may not work for some, so give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate alternative pick up and drop off requests.  


Late rental returns can have a significant domino effect if the items you rented are scheduled to be rented to another client. If a late return has not been arranged and approved prior to renting the item, then items not returned by 12:00pm (noon) the next day will be charged for an additional 24 hour rental period.


Because are items are one of a kind, rental opportunities are limited. Once you have booked, our items are no longer available for others on your date. As such, all payments are non-refundable. In the event that we can secure another rental on your date, a refund may be issued. 


We will do our best! We love creating new things in the workshop or going on treasure hunts so let us know what you are looking for and we can discuss.


We realize normal wear and tear can happen, however, we do require a damage deposit or a valid Visa or MasterCard on file in the event of irreparable damage or lost items. Many of our items are one of a kind and vintage, so we ask that you ensure that our items are secure, handled appropriately and protected from outside elements. In the event that there are minor repairs required, we will do our best to clean or fix the items ourselves. If we are unable to fix the item and it needs to be replaced, the client will be billed the repair or replacement cost. 


Very few of our rentals can be left outside overnight due to potential damages from the elements. Items must either be brought inside or covered by a tent with sidewalls to prevent morning dew or rain from blowing in. If rental items are damaged, you will be charged to fix the item or replace the item if it is damaged beyond repair. 


Yes, most of our items are truly vintage. This means that most of our items are very hard to fix or replace if damaged. Also, please keep in mind that vintage items usually have a great history and with that may come scratches, nicks and wear and tear.


Yes. To protect both parties, a straightforward Rental Agreement must be signed to secure rental items. A damage deposit or a valid Visa or MasterCard is required on file in the event of irreparable damage or lost items.


Yes! We have long term rental rates and last minute ordering for film clients. Please contact us for more information.
